Nordic Group is a fourth-generation, family-owned custom millwork and furniture company based in Boca Raton. We design and build high-end interiors for clients who expect craftsmanship at the highest level.
We’re looking for a Cabinet Shop Helper — someone motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to work closely with our builders both in the shop and out on job sites. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, stays one step ahead, and helps keep production and installations running smoothly.
Your role:
- Assist our cabinetmakers and installers in daily production and installations
- Help with deliveries, pick-ups, and loading/unloading materials
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Take ownership of your work — spot what needs doing and jump in
- Learn and grow into more advanced woodworking or installation responsibilities
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable and proactive — you don’t wait to be told twice
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Basic understanding of low-voltage lighting (a plus, not required)
- Team player with a positive attitude

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Through the years, we have learned to combine our traditional woodworking process with state-of-the-art technology. We utilize computer-aided technology, such as CNC machinery, in providing our woodworking services.
